Warm White vs Cool White Light Bulbs. Which White Should You Choose?

Warm White LEDs provide a warm golden glow, they resemble traditional incandescent or halogen bulbs, whereas cool white LEDs can often appear slightly blueish or a bright white. Cool White is much more luminous compared to warm white, we recommend cool white lights in shopping centres and industrial settings to improve visibility and minimise the risk of accidents. For beer gardens and back gardens, we recommend choosing Warm White LED bulbs. Simply for the fact that when the sun goes down it often gets chilly, so warm White LEDs give the impression that it is still warm outside encouraging you to enjoy the Summer weather a little bit longer.
Christmas Display
When creating your Christmas display the choice is up to you. Cool White LEDs work particularly well when you’re opting for an icy/snowy winter wonderland theme. Whereas Warm White LEDs complement a traditional red and gold theme.
